My Dad and I started this build then I had it finished with a professional builder because I wanted it done before my son was moving in with me. The total cost of building this home was $55,000.00. I learned a lot and really spent the money to make it safe and comfortable for my son.

Comes with a $300 cash allowance for supplies to touch up paint and other minor cosmetic corrections you might want to make upon purchase.  Living in the home with a child and working full time makes it too hard to keep it spotless and pristine for showing.  It will be much easier for you to touch it up when it's empty.
