32’ Luxury Tiny House

This beautiful and luxurious tiny house has been built using premium high quality material. The outside has LP smart siding and the trailer is a fully insulated trailer frame (7" of rigid foam). The inside walls have premium shiplap with R-15 batts and the ceiling is R-21 batts. There are 12 Low-e Jeldwen Windows (lowers are sliders and uppers are awning, all functional except shower window), 12 LED can lights, and a 42" ceiling fan. The flooring is luxury vinyl plank that is water proof. The loft is very spacious measuring 9x7.5 with a modern railing. The stairs going up to the loft have IPE step treads and hand rail. In the kitchen there is a fold down butcher block dinning table or doubles as a work space. The kitchen also has custom storage cabinets under stairs, soft close drawers and cabinet doors, full size propane GE stove and oven, full size GE Microwave/vent above cooktop, apartment size Kenmore refrigerator, 32" Kraus stainless steel under-mount sink, garbage disposal, LG dishwasher, and quartz countertops. The bathroom is very spacious as well with a 6'4 of ceiling height, and a shower that is 32x42 walk in. There is a 36" vanity with additional 12" bank of shelves and drawers. There is also an exhaust fan and storage niche that will accommodate apartment size stacked washer and dryer(wired and plumbed, can add vent if desired but W+D not included).

The mini-split for heat and air is a Pioneer 18,000 BTU 19 SEER with remote and the propane water heater is a Rheem RTG-70-XLP 7.1 GPM. There are two 30lbs propane tanks located in front tung storage closet.
