28' Custom Build Tiny Home

Hi there, this is a one of a kind tiny house that I built. It is state of the art and my wife and I lived in it for a little less than a year. We have since moved to a house and are ready to sell our labor of love.

specs are as follows:
28' long
8' wide
roughly 12'tall
the front bedroom (currently set up as a nursery) is 8'x7.5'
the loft is 8'x8' and comfortably fits a queen mattress.
kitchen and living areas are spacious with clothes storage under the stairs.
bathroom is 3'x8' w/ sink bump-out

metal roof, vinyl board and batten siding, brand new viwinco windows, LVT flooring throughout, mini split for a/c and heat, propane tankless water heater(3gpm), 21" propane camper/rv range with oven, full size fridge, regular toilet, all pex plumbing.
No waste or potable water storage as we did not need it where we had it parked. I am currently trying to work out details on getting a title for the trailer.
