Bathroom & Septic

The trailer is designed to connect to a standard septic system and is nearly ready for hookup.

We currently use a composting toilet while living partially off-grid. To connect a traditional toilet, the floor simply needs a drain access hole cut where the plumbing is already located. The plumbing has not been removed, making the conversion straightforward.

A standard flushing toilet is not included. You’re welcome to install your own when connecting to septic, or we have off-grid toilet options available separately.

Additional Notes

Original exterior awnings are included but have been removed for transportation and can be reinstalled by the new owner.
The layout also offers the possibility of installing a small indoor wood stove if installed safely and according to local building codes.
Currently lived in full-time by our family in Occidental, CA.
