26' cantilever loft tiny house on wheels

Hello, here I have my self built tiny home an a custom double a double axle trailer from FM trailer world. I followed housing building code while assembling it so it is to code If you do want to register it. The trailer also has a vin number to do so. We are selling her as we had a new addition to the family and have outgrown the tiny life. We lived in it for a year. The walls are insulated with rockwoll insulation and are 2x4 construction. It has a composting toilet with urine separator, functioning shower, and washing machine has not been used but is included. The fridge is not shown in the home as its being stored in the heated garage. There are a few things that still need to be finished on it but with a new baby I don't have the time so that is reflected in the price. The price is also negotiable. The kitchen is all soft close Ikea cabinets and countertop is butcher block. stove top is propane run. The couch flips down to create another sleeping space. It is heated by a cubic mini wood stove and a plug in heater which is included with the tiny home. The sleeping loft comfortably fits a queen size bed with headboard and dresser included with the tiny home.

The small list of things to be finished is:
-pick out and install ceiling
-install included propane on demand water heater
-install propane shed/storage at front of home (over the tongue of trailer. This can be omitted it is completely up to you)
-paint interior (white paint is included with the sale)

The home is located just outside of Calgary but would need to be relocated to wherever you choose to reside. I look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have!
