28' SMART Tiny Home

ABOUT THE HOME
After 3.5 years of living tiny, we are selling our beautiful Tiny Home! It was custom built by professional contractors in 2015 on the show “Tiny House Nation” Season 3 episode 14. The episode featured our house as a SMART HOME with lots of technology and security features built in (more on that below).

- We are the 2nd owners (purchased from original owners shortly after their episode aired)
- 303 Sq ft including the TWO lofts (main floor 230 sq ft)
- Size: 8.5'w x 13.5'h x 28' L

- Composting toilet (NEW motor installed June 2020). Model: Separett Villa
- Water: hook up with standard water hose outlet
- Instant water heater, runs on propane (NEW May 2020)
- Outside panels are cedar and pine (needs to be repainted)
- Floors are wood laminate throughout + large tile flooring in bathroom.
- Interior walls are large wood panels for a clean, modern look.
- Large double-hung windows throughout brings lots of light inside any time of day.

SPACES
Livingroom:
room for a full sectional and a bookcase (both included)! Has an outlet for cable TV. Several electrical outlets and recessed lighting.

Kitchen:
Lots of cabinets for storage. Dedicated area for a Washer/dryer combo with hookups (washer/dryer not included). Some floor tiles need to be replaced. Butcher block countertops.

Dining room / office area:
Custom fold out wood desk/dining table with bench seating.

Main Loft / bedroom:
Fits a king bed. Access space using a FULL set of stairs

2nd loft:
Access using a custom-built ladder. Currently used as a meditation space. Also has a custom-built bookcase for extra storage!

Bathroom:
Tile flooring + floor-to-ceiling glass tile on 2 walls! Free standing sink + cabinet below and medicine cabinet/mirror above. Also includes a floor-to-ceiling cabinet for storage.

Storage:
The entire area under the stairs has 3 pull out cabinets for storage for clothes, shoes, and anything else you might need to put away. There is LOTS of storage in the bathroom, tons of cabinets in the kitchen, a bookshelf in the living room, and a custom built-in bookcase in the 2nd loft.
