2025 Custom Tiny House 35' x 8.5'

This was our personal tiny home — designed and built with intention, not just as a weekend cabin but as a comfortable full-time space. We're only selling because our family's growing and it's time to make room.

The house is 35' long and just under 15' tall, so it does require an oversize load permit to transport — but the extra height makes a big difference inside. The vaulted ceiling with pine tongue-and-groove gives it a warm, open feel that you don’t usually find in a tiny home.

Layout includes a full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer combo, and a loft big enough for a king-size bed. There's also a bonus flex space that we've used as an office, reading room, and even a nursery.
