2019 Tiny Cabin

8 x 22 ft wood cabin on trailer, built in 2019 in Idaho. I am the second owner and I have loved this little cabin on wheels. The split Heat/AC unit is amazing and heats/cools the entire space in minutes and has remote control. It has an instant Propane hot water heater, and propane stove top as well. The water heater has a touchscreen so you can easily set the temperature you like. All plumbing fixtures were replaced with high end fixtures when I bought the trailer this winter, and I also upgraded the bathroom cabinet and sink to a much larger one with actual counter space.

I have a brand-new clothing washer/dryer combo that comes with the cabin. It is not a stackable. Those will not fit. It is ductless, washes and dries in one cycle and is amazing. I am also leaving the refrigerator which is brand new. Stairs ascended to the sleeping loft. Obviously, you cannot stand. I am 6 ft tall and can sit atop the stairs without hitting my head. I had a 10 inch thick full size mattress up top and could watch TV in bed without hitting my head. The loft will fit a queen size mattress, but a full was good for my needs. Everything works, and I have the title in hand. I will post more pictures in the coming weeks after I pressure wash the exterior. It is currently connected to my septic system, and it has an RN extension cord for electrical, and PEX tubing for water connection.
