2018 Tri-Axle trailer/ NOAH Tiny house

Built in 2018 on a certified triple axle Trailer Made Trailer, this beautiful and spacious NOAH certified 28’ tiny house on wheels is as sturdy as it gets and is ready to hit the road for its new home. The structure is secured with Simpson strong ties and is framed with 20 gauge metal studs. The sheathing is ⅜” CDX on the walls, ⅝” on the roof, and 1” on the subfloor. It is wrapped with Tyvek and then covered with both blue corrugated metal and horizontal ⅝” Douglas fir siding. The roof is comprised of high-temperature ice and water shield with 26-gauge PBR panels. But more than the sum of its parts, this tiny house is just a great value with a lot to offer its new owner.



When you enter the front door you are right into the kitchen which is finished with birch plywood on the bottom 4 feet and a mix of Douglas fir and redwood planks. The kitchen is an overall L-shape with base cabinets, a custom hardwood countertop, a small fridge, an exhaust hood, and a countertop hot plate. Above the kitchen is a loft platform that fits a queen size bed or makes for a great lounge space accessible by scissor steps. The area also has a skylight allowing for great ambient light.

Moving through the house is like gliding through three separate, smaller units. The middle of the house has a loft with a bed too! The bed is only twin size and there isn’t much storage room but it does allow for a birdseye view of all the action below. Underneath it is the bathroom outfitted with a compost toilet (urine diverter included), a vanity with a sink basin, and a shower/tub combo. It is quite sizeable and even has a window for fresh air and exhaust. The house's water system takes advantage of a Rinnai LP on-demand hot water heater.

The far side of the house provides entry into what could be considered the living room or perhaps a workspace or even a craft space and is completed with a small, carpeted storage area with steps up to the master loft. As such, it easily accommodates a large bed and even has a safety rail. The walls continue the plank look from the entry and the lighting is courtesy of both a skylight and LED wall sconces.
