2016 Custom Tiny House

2016 Custom Tiny House. Built by the Tiny House building company based out of Fredericksburg, VA. They were a featured builder for the tv show Tiny House Nation. Its’ dimensions are 13’6” high, 8’5” wide, and 30 ft long.

The tongue weight is 985lbs and total weight is 14000. It is completely road legal with no permits required to transport. It has a current VA DMV registration and permanent RV tag. Total 324 sqft.

The interior is finished with pine tongue and groove throughout, hickory cabinets and floors and butcher block countertops. The hvac system is a mini split that does great year round. For hot water and cooking there is a dual tank propane system with a tankless water heater and heat blankets installed on tanks for cold weather operation. Full size refrigerator and 3/4 size gas range. LED lighting throughout. Huge bathroom!

Newly installed in 2018 stackable RV rated Splendide washer and dryer. It is equipped with grey and black water holding tanks and an RV flushing toilet. Too many details to list! Please contact me for more information!
