Everything inside has been renovated or updated.
Storage under the bed, decent sized pantry and clothes closet and cabinets in bedroom and plenty of cabinet space in bathroom for toiletries, and also some undercarriage storage.

The camper can be towed but it was renovated for full time living primarily. It was towed from VA to TN before. I don’t have a means of towing it, but I would you could look into U-ship as a seemingly reputable company for towing or I have a local reference you can use.

Some furnishings can be included at no extra cost - couch, dining table & bench, rug, curtains, some baskets.

Pretty spacious inside the living area although it looks compact from the exterior.

Ready to sell within the next few weeks! A few minor issues that I will fully disclose or have fixed before selling. Has been newly painted on the exterior and the recently roof recoated. This is an older model but they used to build them better than they do now (especially what was built during the Covid season) and I've been living in it full time for over 4 years so maintenance has been kept up.

If you don't have a place to park it, try reaching out to people with some property on Airbnb or Hipcamp or an RV park to ask about this arrangement, you will need at least 30 amp electric and water hookups. Would be a great space for an Airbnb stay! If the compost toilet does not suit you, I can have a regular RV toilet installed.
