This Newmar Kountry Star class A motorhome is ready for you to turn it into a customized off-grid tiny home! We've done a lot of work to get it prepped for the renovation including removal of all the flooring and carpeting, kitchen cabinets, front overhead cabinets, shower doors and toilet.

The bathroom sink, bed, and the bedroom cabinets remain intact and the mattress is in great condition.

Current mileage is 110,087.

New fuel pump as of August 2023.

One new set of the dually tires as of July 2023.

Includes new flooring for you to install (warm honey oak color, shown in the photos).

Includes a new 23-inch undermount kitchen sink (shown in the photos).

The motorhome has two slide outs for more spaciousness. One is a large slide out where the dining booth and couch were. Another slide out is for the bed in the bedroom.

Includes washer dryer unit in the bathroom closet.
