20' Tiny House Trailer

Condition:
-The frame, flashing and paint are in great condition. There are very limited areas where minor surface rust may be visible, and in those cases it is purely cosmetic.
-All lights and wiring are fully functional and all bulbs have been replaced. Some of the split wire loom tubing has weathered and cracked. Ground connections all have solid contact (new hardware installed in most cases).
-One jack on the rear passenger side is missing. All others are fully functional.
-One tire is new as of May '22 (2020 date code). The other three are original and still have plenty of tread (2013 date code). The trailer was not driven much, so they should have significant mileage remaining.
-Trailer comes with pre-installed brake-away system
