I’m selling my 20’ Roanoke custom built by Tumbleweed Tiny Houses in Colorado.

This took 6 months to receive and $1000 for shipping. It’s RV certified!! Goes for 68K New plus 6 month construction time and shipping cost/time.

I’ve lived in it for a year it’s near brand new. However it’s a little big for my property. Very homey and functional you will love it.

20’ Long , It has a sleeping loft, Maple countertop with sink and electric burner, electric heating, large bathroom (no shower), flush toilet, large closet, LED lights all around, I added a Wood slab desk and painted the inside and outside. It’s also RV certified and sits on top of a top of the line steel trailer.

It’s a beautiful tiny house. Very homey and functional. These go for 68K NEW but you have to wait 6 months for construction plus go thru hassle of shipping cost/time from Colorado.
