It features a main floor space of 270 s/f which includes a full kitchen and pantry, living area, dedicated laundry space, and bathroom with a shower. Upstairs you will find two lofts. The first, a private 64 s/f master large enough to fit a king size bed with a built-in closet. Connected by a beautifully crafted catwalk is the second loft. This space 48 s/f space can be used as a second bedroom, office, or what you please. There is no shortage of storage as each loft boasts a large built-in cubby.
The home features waterproof rigid core plank flooring throughout. For appliances, it comes with a two top induction cooktop, a kitchen sink which includes a dishwasher, 7-in-1 air fryer/microwave oven, and a washer and dry combo. Smart Bluetooth technology is integrated into all light switches. The home also features an 12000-BTU mini split designed to heat and cool a 500 s/f space.
