1998 Thomas Fully Converted Bus Off-Grid Capable

1998 Thomas school bus built on a GMC Savana. 5.7L vortec gas engine. 214000 miles. Maintained by a school district up until 205000 miles. Recently replaced oil pan. Took to a mechanic recently and they said in the next 5000 miles it needs: new accessory belt, water pump(the current one has a slow gasket leak), rear differential fluid changed, and new fuel pump(the one in right now is weak and hesitates on acceleration). Still runs and drives. Lived in full time for a 9 month period and through a Utah winter. This bus can stay toasty in the cold and cool in the heat. Has a ton of storage in couch, under the bed, and at the foot of the bed! Front tires have around 40-50% of life left while the four rear wheels have around 80-90%. Likes to cruise around 70 and hates the wind. Would be a great home, airbnb, or even festival camper.
