1993 MCI MC12 40' Greyhound Bus Conversion - $25,000

Hello! We have a fully converted 1993 MCI MC-12 Greyhound bus for sale. We love our bus and have had many great adventures with it over the years, but it’s time to pass it along to the next person/people.

The bus is 40 ft long with interior living space around 300 sq ft, plus the 6 large storage bays underneath. It has a rear Detroit Diesel 92 series engine with just under 94,000 miles on it and it drives great! Nice and smooth ride thanks to new tires and balancing. It’s titled and registered as a motorhome/RV in the state of Oregon in our name and is currently located in the Portland area. We lived in it full time for a little while and now have it stored in covered parking.

It's fully ready to use on shore power and could be used for boondocking with some additions. It has a spot for four 12v “house” batteries (not included). It also has a 2000-watt inverter, 40-gal fresh tank with water pump, 75-gal grey tank, composting toilet, gas generator, and wood stove for heat and as an off-grid cooktop. There is room on the roof to add solar if that’s something you want to do.
