1973 Vintage motorhome collectors item

Possible owner financing: 1973 FMC vintage collectors item with a cult following. FMC produced only about 1000 of these high-end motor homes owned by movie stars and the likes in the 70's and 80's before converting to making military "fighting vehicles". These were sold for the price of a house when they were built. Now days people can use them for tiny homes or restoring for recreation. There is also an FMC club that a lot of people geek out on. Many newer/nicer ones are for sale in the $25,000 range, some even up to 100,000 so there may be a market for refurbishing and selling? I don't know much about that.

They have a single piece fiberglass top which is great for avoiding leaks and the need to re-water proof seasonally like a lot of RV's need.

Almost all original but immaculately up-kept and super clean.
Newer quiet water cooled Honda generator. Drives well.

Repairs needed: A new water line for sink, fridge, parquet floor in bathroom water damage, fiberglass dent in front, window sealant on rear windows,
