This tiny home incorporates the elegance of the Stor-More Deluxe Cabin layout with a spacious and functional floor plan that accommodates both permanent and rental residents. Over 400 sq. ft of living space with 6 different rooms including a 9 x 10'6 sleeping loft. Additionally, a 9'6 x 12 (+114 sq. ft) storage loft provides adequate space for all your belongings. Great for any RV park or property as a main or secondary homestead.

Price includes delivery within 50 miles of Jonestown TX and block setting on your property, you provide the blocks and space. Home can be delivered anywhere in TX and surrounding areas for add mile fee. Additional services available including site/foundation preparedness, septic system installation/connectivity, water capture and filtering and solar energy systems.

Macerator pump moving all sink and dishwasher output to the bathroom plumbing system and external output.

12 x 11 includes 11 ft vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan connecting to the kitchen, 4 light LED package, and a 22-inch fan with light. 24 x 60-inch window with adequate space for a large-screen TV. 10-year Berber carpet with padding gives you a generous space to lay back and relax.

10'6 x 9 loft, carpeted with a small window facing the rear of the home. 4 LED lights and 2 outlets give you a space to either house your guests or kids or just to escape and relax in this comfortable space.

9'6 x 12 insulated and sheet rocked space with a front air vent, located above the front porch and kitchen, gives you a lot of room to store your items.

Plumbing System / Water Heater
Electrical, 1.6 gallon/minute capable water heater, inside installation. Connects through a 3/4 inch stub out that can be converted to any input at your property.

12,000 BTU split-level, electrical unity. Rated for 600 - 800 sq. ft. space to keep things cool and warm depending on the season without running full power. Wifi capable for geo access, you can program the unit via a phone app to turn on when you're x miles away and walk into a comfortable home without needing to run the unit while you were out or at work.
