There's currently water and electricity hooked up to the building. The building currently sits on a cinder block foundation. Upon purchasing the building the buyer will be responsible for lifting and moving the building which is easily accessible by paved county roads. The electric and water will be professionally disconnected at our cost. Originally built in 2006.
