I bought a lot on the Skykomish River in Gold Bar, WA and I'm looking for a tiny house to put on it.
I prefer modern architecture over log cabins or traditional styles. Think Dwell Magazine rather than Better Homes & Gardens.
I'm fairly confident I can get power to the site, but not as confident as to digging a well and putting in a septic.
