Rulaco Tiny Homes is a new tiny home builder in Columbus, Ohio serving the entire country with quality tiny homes. We are a licensed contractor in the State of Ohio and have been operating our construction business in Central Ohio for over 5 years. We are an accredited Better Business Bureau member(Rulaco Remodeling) and have customer referrals upon request. Our team has over 100 years of building and construction experience. Our team consists of custom cabinet makers, finish carpenters, design team and licensed contractors for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Rulaco Tiny Homes offers build risk insurance on all of our tiny homes during the build and we offer financing on all of our tiny homes. All of our builds will feature Volstrukt Steel framing from sizes from 20'-34' tiny homes. Our tiny home trailers are built for us per our specifications and are built locally in Ohio. All trailers are DOT approved. We look forward to providing you the best tiny home for your journey into one of the most exciting times in the housing revolution. We are a Tiny Home Industry Association Member and all of our tiny homes are inspected and certified by NOAH, a third party inspection company specializing in tiny home builds and inspections.
