We are SARAH & MAËL After years of dreaming of a life with more time for each other, friends, family and of course more adventures, we took the leap and moved into our tiny house in Spring of 2020! SARAH: She runs an Interior Design and Brand Studio, she loves providing structure to help others reach their goals or achieve a sense of security! She champions the people she believes in and loves firing others up to get what they want or achieve an aim. She has a passion for creating and an eye for design! MAËL: He’s a French Photographer & Sommelier, he lives for exploring our National Parks, hence our tiny names. Chances are, if you’re his buddy, he’s asked you to summit a mountain or hike to the tallest tree in the world! Watch out, you’ve been warned. He is a true ambassador of Mother Earth and makes the daily sacrifices to save her! WE MET: We fell in love and lived together on the Island of St Martin for four years. As international travelers we are used to smaller spaces and only owning what we need. “Fewer Things of Higher Quality” is our mantra. THE SEARCH: After years of searching for the lifestyle that fit us: sailboats, schoolies, van life, we found our tiny house! But, we had a problem, we had NEVER even been inside one. THE JUMP: We didn’t know it would be PERFECT timing, we literally moved at the start of the pandemic, but nothing was getting in the way of us simplifying our lives and getting back to basics. We started drastically downsizing our material things to only the necessities we would need in a small space. THE LIFE: We finally took the leap, and that’s exactly what it felt like! It would either end up being the most exhilarating ride -OR- a complete failure! We are now living in our tiny house full time, and thank goodness to say, it’s the best decision we have ever made!
