Located in a resort with two pools, camp store, bocce, volleyball, tennis, a par three golf course, and hiking trails, your chalet is approximately 700 sq feet with room for expansion. Based on an open room concept, this seasonal chalet was rebuilt five years ago to town code with new electricity and exterior walls and roof. A floor deck-- ready for your morning coffee-- was added three years ago.

The main floor has a galley kitchen, pantry, and bath with shower. The loft bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub and closet. Furnished with regular sized stove, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner as well as bed, futon sofa, tables, chairs, television, etc. Forced air heater.
It is move-in ready: pots, pans, and linens.

A walk-in basement with windows and door can be converted into added space.

Cable internet and television service are available from resort. Amenities are included in lease. Laundry on-site at store. Game room and sports bar on site.
