First owner was a very talented engineer/builder. He took 14 months of meticulous care and then he, wife and infant lived in it for 2 years. It endured the hot summers of the South and cold winters of New England. We bought it from this young coupl.

We’ve owned it since winter ‘19, over Covid and had it for guests (airbnb) and local use. We think it deserves a more enthusiastic and compatible home, as we’re heading in a different direction.
It has been good investment, and we’re ready to let it go.

It’s 280 sq feet, with lots of ingenious storage spaces. It’s easy to live in it without a mess. There’ are two lofts. 27 cabinets, a bookshelf, a pull-out pantry and even a hidden rifle rack.
