Want to try tiny living before you commit to buying a tiny house? Rent my tiny house from December 2021 through February 2022. It is located in Escalante Village, a tiny home community in Durango, Colorado.

The home has 2 lofts with a queen sized bed in the main loft accessed by stairs, and a double futon in the second loft accessed by a ship ladder. The bathroom has a full sized shower, a regular flush toilet and a washer/dryer combo. Kitchen has an 8 cf refrigerator, microwave, induction burner and a convection oven for all your cooking needs. Wifi is included.
