12x16 tiny house

This is a 12x16 building, measuring 11 feet 9 inches from bottom to top. It has a wood stove chimney, 800 watt solar system, 100 amp electrical panel, bathroom and shower, water hookup, fridge, and loft. This is a well insulated building, utilizing foam insulation as well as pink panther.

The floor is insulated and works very well in cooler climates. The side box attached to building in the picture is where the solar charge controller and battery are stored for easy access, it will be painted to match the exterior.. It has a lovely kitchen counter with a larger sink and a under counter mounted  refrigerator with ample storage. It's an open concept building, waiting for your finishing touches.

The exterior is a little rustic, with the interior it's more modern. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
This building is not on wheels so it would have to be transported to your location.
