Built on a 16' double axle utility trailer with 2' ft overhang making it 18' in length. Extra storage space in a built in closet over the hitch area where the hot water heater and breaker panel is also located.
The exterior is a mix between rough cut cedar (rainscreen design) and Hardie shingles and lap siding. The small front porch is made of the composite decking and the roof is galvalume metal.
