This house was built in China and shipped over during the pandemic. It has a few small (solvable) issues: 1) the air-conditioner wasn't installed right away and in the GA humidity some of the wood panels inside warped. But they can be fixed. The skylight leaks and needs to be replaces. And the floor has some water damage due to the leaky skylight. These are all fixable.
Otherwise it is adorable.
