Well Built Tiny House Shell w/ Plans

This tiny house was/is my dream project, but for personal reasons I'm moving to Europe and therefore unfortunately can no longer continue the project.

Self built tiny house shell that's housewrapped and 10 windows installed for lots of light. On an a custom 18x8.5 foot tiny house trailer. The 18' length feels spacious on the inside and there is a loft that extends slightly over the front of the house, providing more loft room without blocking more vertical space in the main area.

The trailer is new and custom built for tiny houses, and has GVWR of 10k. It has lights and electric brakes that can be controlled from your truck if you plug it in and have a brake controller.

The shell is bolted down to the trailer and very sturdy. Professional plans were used and can be provided along with the house. Windows are made with tempered glass and are able to withstand driving. The roof is secured with hurricane ties, and the bottom of the trailer is covered with metal flashing, also to withstand driving.

Overall, very solid shell, and I would love someone else with a passion for tiny houses to finish this project I started :)
