Brand new 20x8.5 ft tiny house on wheels!

This tiny home was built between May 2022 and October 2022. It is mounted upon a gently used 2018 equipment trailer. Along with beautiful aesthetics, this home hosts many great features!

-Liquid Propane on demand hot water heater
-Mini split system (provides fantastic heating and cooling!)
-Lightweight and durable steel panel siding and roof
-Built-in storage space in the stairwell, consisting of a closet, laundry hamper, fridge, pantry, 2 drawers, 2 open shelves, and 1 shoe rack
-Waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout
-34"x36” shower with waterfall shower head
-Standard flushing toilet
-All the framing is filled with insulation, ranging from R15 - R23
-8ft of kitchen cabinet space and 10ft of countertop!
-7.5 cubic foot fridge/freezer
-Stainless steel kitchen sink with workstation accessories, cutting board, drying rack, and colander

House requires a 50amp electrical hardwired hook up (but a plug in adapter can be installed if requested). All waste water drains are stubbed out under the tiny house for traveling convenience. Drainage connection will need to be made once parked. Fresh water is to be connected by a standard RV inlet water connection that can be found on the back of the home.
