Beautiful tiny house on wheels (not RVIA certified) custom built on 24x8 14,000 lb dual axle PJ trailer. House itself is roughly 160 sf (20x8 with 4 foot porch) with a 10x8 sleeping loft. It was lived in very gently and briefly, but mostly used as an extra space/office for the last year. Now it’s ready to tow from the Milwaukee suburbs and find a new “forever home” - just kidding, that’s why it’s on wheels! Can serve as full time living for 1 person or as extra space you can have now without waiting for an addition to be built and sell later if/when it is no longer needed!

Full shower and sink with small tank water heater (enough for a decent length shower) and Laveo dry flush toilet that comes with several extra cartridges. Easily could be replaced by a composting toilet if that’s your preference. Comes with two types of heaters, a high quality propane boat heater and a ceramic heater which keeps it toasty all winter because of the blown insulation. Grey water pvc setup drain perfectly all year with heatline cable wraps. Also comes with Heated garden hose that is 100’ long to keep water flowing all winter. I have manuals for every single appliance and device.

Comes with Portable A/C unit that can be removed in cooler weather (vents through custom cut screened vent) . Compact refrigerator and convection microwave included. Rug for loft and loveseat also included. It is stubbed out for a propane stovetop under the left countertop, but I just used electric.

I will also include 2 propane tanks with regulators, an air compressor for the tires and all the Rustoleum paints and protectants for the trailer itself.
