The extra width of 11.5 feet, compared to the typical 8.5 feet, offers significantly more interior space, enhancing comfort and providing more room for living and storage.

Stay comfortable year-round with the ultra-quiet 12,000 BTU Alpine Blueridge mini split system, complete with a WIFI accessory for remote control of your A/C or heater. Enjoy cozy evenings with two electric fireplaces, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both with remote controls and the option to run with or without heat. The Performance 18 kW Self-Modulating Electric Tankless Water Heater delivers instant, continuous hot water for up to two showers and two faucets, ensuring you never run out of hot water.

The spacious main floor bedroom, measuring 11.5 ft wide by 8 ft long, boasts 9.5’ vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan and can lights, adding to the home's airy feel. A beautiful custom-made soft-close blue pine barn door leads to a full bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower/bath combo, vanity with soft-close cabinet doors, floating bowl sink, vanity mirror, and medicine cabinet.

Our large open-concept kitchen features all-black appliances, a matching black sink with a pull-out sprayer faucet, a Lazy Susan corner cabinet, several drawer banks, and a kitchen eating bar with storage and room for counter-height barstools. The nearly full-size refrigerator, full-size gas-burning stove, and full-size microwave make meal prep a breeze, and a propane tank is included for the stove.

The large living room offers an electric fireplace, TV plugs, USB plugs, and the same stunning 9.5’ vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan and can lights. Enjoy the beautiful view through large garden windows with a bench for plants or knickknacks. A spacious loft, nearly 170 sq ft, is accessible by stairs and features six windows, including two casement style for maximum breeze and airflow.

Additional features include new glass sliding shower doors, matching white blinds on all windows, a brand-new washer/dryer combo unit, wood floors, and baseboards throughout the house. USB plugins are thoughtfully placed throughout the home for your convenience.
