About
Tiny House on Wheels. Great for a backyard guest house or whatever you want to use it for. The outside is about 90% done and the inside is maybe 70% done. My wife and I are moving to WA in a few weeks and I don't have time to finish it nor can I take it along.
- I put reflective bubble rap insulation in it and it stays warm with only a small space heater. There is also a propane heater that is under the couch that could be set up.
- It as a 3 burner propain stove (You will need to get a hose and run it to where you want to keep the propane take, probably on the hitch.)
- The sink is hooked up to the hot water heater under the counter but needs work to finalize.
- The Bathroom needs work as well. I have a composting toilet inside which is good. My plan for the shower was to install a drain in the tin tub an a circle shower curtain to go above it. Then place a water tank which I have in the loft and have a (off grid gravity shower) or you could just get an instant heat RV shower set up which is about $120 and up. That would be the way to go if you have a water hook up.
- The place two more little walls to close in the bathroom and create the closet space under the ladder.
- The loft has a queen size foam mattress and rug next to it. You can have the pillows but not the bed spread.
-The couch is a built in couch with the same 5 inch foam as the bead. That is just a blanket covering it and not included. But you can decorate it as you wish.
I do believe that it is street legal because it is less the 13ft high (12.5ft from the ground to the peak) and 7ft wide. The house space is 13 feet long. I believe the tail lights work but have not tested it in a while and have it has been through a lot of construction since then. but they should.
the whole think is very unique, a little quirky, but very cute. if you are looking for a travel trailer to camp and pull around a lot this is not it. but if your looking for a fun little place for guest to stay or to park on some land that you don't want to get a permeant for and . Needs some final detail work.
I am asking 3,500 OBO and NEED it out of the yard by Dec. 10th as that is when our lease ends. ideally. asap
Thanks for looking and just email me if you would like to come by and look at it.
