We have a recently converted 7.5 ton Iveco Eurocargo. She's called Gerty McTruckface. She was originally converted for our own use as a tiny off grid home in the UK but circumstances have changed for us and we have to sell her even though we didn't even get our maiden voyage as we'd hoped. All works have been carried out by professional trades people. All new electrics throughout. Brand new plumbing and gas installation. The interior has been created using quality materials. It's been fully insulated for maintaining warmth in winter and keeping it cool on hot summer days and this really helps with sound proofing too. The walls are covered in soft grey material in parts of the living area. The remainder is boarded with best quality pine timber and painted with Farrow and Ball Wimborne White. Giving it a light and airy feel and ready for you to add your personal touches to make it your unique tiny home on wheels. The living room seating is of washable fabric and zipped for removal if needed. Again you will no doubt want to make this to your own tastes by including throws and soft furnishings. The dining/kitchen table has two positions and will easily accommodate 5-6 people. The kitchen worktops are solid oak and specially oiled for maximum protection and natural beauty. There is an under counter fridge with ice box, a kitchen sink and gas hob with a gas oven below. There is also a microwave. There are many sockets for appliances and usb ports for all your tech. There are hand crafted cupboards, drawers and shelves for your kitchen items. More storage under the bench seats. The wet-room consists of a full size shower, easy clean walls, a cassette toilet with easy access for removal and a wash basin with taps. The master bed is situated at the rear of the vehicle above the garage/storage area. It can be left in place at all times as it can be raised on gas rams in order to create standing space underneath when not in use. It also just so happens to have a tail gate which when down and supported on it's legs which can be an additional outdoor space or patio. The privacy door can be elevated to provide a massive outlook on the world to create a frame for whichever beautiful landscape you happen to find yourself in. There is a stable door which also opens onto the patio area providing a great place to enjoy natural light and a homely feeling. In the corridor there is a foldaway oak table which could be used as a dressing table as it has a mirror above. It easily folds away when not in use. Above there is a remote roof vent which is rain sensitive and provides additional daylight. There is LED lighting throughout the tiny home which can be either solar powered or 24volt powered. The garage is large enough to store a motorbike, pedal bikes, paddle boards etc. It's also a great space to dry wetsuits and towels. So useful for storing anything outdoorsy. The roof has an amazing number of solar panels to make her totally off grid. It also has 2 leisure batteries 12 volt and 3 kw converter. The body of this tiny home is painted in metal bronze and green. It has a unique design on the side which will be admired by many. You can always add your own design if you prefer to make it uniquely yours. Just don't forget to tell DVLA The cab has a double passenger seat and a drivers seat. It's clean and tidy. The heating is provided by a diesel Eberspächer heater, nice and clean! Over all this is an amazing tiny home. Surprisingly economical for it's size too.

The original truck body is constructed of an outer layer of aluminium bonded to a 25mm layer of insulation and an internal layer of 12mm ply. I then added 25 x 50mm battens with an additional 3 mm foil insulation in between and the 6mm tongue and groove finish to leave an air gap and room for electrical ducting.
The ceiling in the original living space already had 50mm insulation and I added a further 25mm of celotex insulation, the rear horse area has 25mm celotex and an air gap in the ceiling. The floor has a layer of high quality 18mm ply, 3mm foil insulation and a solid vinyl flooring with a 25 yr guarantee.

Wiring ;
All of the existing wiring was removed from the truck and replaced with new, all in trunking to british standards.
Installation of all wiring including the solar system was carried out by a qualified electrician.

Plumbing;
All of the plumbing system has been replaced apart from the three water tanks, one 100lt freshwater and two 100lt grey connected together, currently there is no black waist tank but one of the grey tanks could be used for this, however the cassette toilet has a good capacity and has not been an issue. The cold mains hook up will run the hot and cold directly when connected. It has new pumps for the water system and the toilet flush.All plumbing was carried out by a qualified tradesman, (ex coach builder, I have receipts ).

Heating;
The heating is supplied by an Eberspacher warm air diesel heater ran directly from the truck's fuel tank, it takes a few seconds to kick in but is very efficient.  ( not a cheap chinese copy ).

General info;
The truck was previously owned by Rapha, a highly thought of cycling company that used it to participate in the "Tour de France", it was very well maintained and dry stored when not in use. During the last MOT the examiner comented on the excellent condition of the underside and chassis.
There is a brand new set of left hand drive headlights in the side locker as we planned to live in it in France, sadly personal circumstances have not allowed this.
