About
I started this for a sister-in-law to live in. She’s now the EX Sister-in-law and I need to sell it.
It started as a 12x25 storage barn. I lifted it onto a mobile home frame and reienforced the frame. I then added 12’ to the front to get a total 36’ length.
It’s been professionally wired with electric with breaker box in the bedroom. It’s prewired for a mini-split HVAC not not included. It was professionally plumbed using PEX tubing throughout. The walls have bat insulation as well as well as the floors. A layer of black plastic was laid down before the floor re-installed.
The exterior I planned to wrap in the metal and add trim to hood down.
I towed it 20 miles with my F250 to where it is now. I’m not saying that’s how it should be moved again as it was a lot of weight on my hitch. If pulled with a larger truck it would be better.
Asking $20k and open to reasonable offers. I have a lot of money in materials to have it very close to being live able .
