Two Custom Built-out Escape Vista Tiny Houses

We built-out two Escape Vista's to accommodate a slightly larger living space. One of the houses is the kitchen and living room. The other house is the bedroom and bathroom. These are being sold together, as a pair.
SIZE: Each house is 21' long, (26' including hitch) x 8.5'W x 9'6"H and comes with the RVIA seal.
TRAILER: Custom ESCAPE steel trailer, 6000 lb HD tandem axles, radial tires, electric brakes, Hopkins break-away safety system, easy use leveling jacks, steel, rodent resistant belly.
INSULATION: Closed cell foam using recycled products, 7.4 R value per inch. Avg. R values R22 walls, R30 floor, R40 ceiling.
LIGHTING: LED lighting throughout the houses.
INTERIOR ACCESSORIES: They come with an instant propane hot water heater, and a Dometic propane range/oven. Electric baseboard heating are in both units. The toilet is a Separett Villa AC/DC composting toilet, which draws air from the toilet outside so that there is never a scent in the bathroom. Mini-fridge, toaster, and microwave are included. The living room furniture is also included if the buyer would like it. All windows have blackout blinds included. LG washer/dryer combo, which lives in the exterior shed behind the bedroom unit, is included.
