Trailer and structural framing all built by tumbleweed in Colorado factory. Complete shell is zip board and floor belly galv pan with closed cell foam floor. 15000lb triple axel trailer all Dot approved. Height and width all under regulated size for normal towing.

Right away. Hvac hooked up and running for over a year now. Electrical hooked up and all switches and outlets installed. Needs some finish lighting. Plumbing all hooked up and water tested. Water heater hooked up.

Exterior:
Red Cedar siding and trim finished all sides in 2 coats of Cabots bleaching oil. All stainless steel fasteners. Glued and screwed
Atrium vinyl Windows.. Low E and wind rated. Double hung and awning style.

Aluminum standing seam roof in Snow White. 50year warranty. Wind rated
