Selling My Tiny House on Wheels

I am currently looking to sell my tiny house on wheels located in Tucson, AZ. The trailer that the house is on is a 24' x 8' Tumbleweed Tiny House trailer designed for tiny houses. The design was modeled after the Cypress design from the Tumbleweed Tiny House company. It is approx. 2 years old, with my family and I building it around November/December of 2015. The exterior is finished in a board and batten style, and the interior has the rough electrical finished. I lived in it in New Mexico while in the military but am now looking to downsize a bit. I am looking to get around 23k for the whole setup but am willing to negotiate with potential buyers.
