For Sale: 2017 Ford Transit 350HD Unicell Box Truck bought a year ago.
It’s the PERFECT van! Can’t think of a better van shell to convert bec/ of the square walls. Not much bigger than a normal Transit 350HD on the outside, but huge inside thanks to the one piece 17’x7’x7’ fiberglass Unicell body on the back. Insulated w/ nearly 4 inches on all sides for ultimate quiet and comfort. There’s 500 watts of solar, 600 amps of Renogy hybrid gel batteries, 3000 watt Renogy pure sine inverter/charger, full bath w/ indoor/outdoor shower & a Gerard on demand (wrapped) hot water heater (set your temp up to 126 and enjoy). 20 gall fresh water, 25 gall grey tank, 30 GALLON propane tank-all hidden underneath w/ tons of ground clearance & monitors for the propane, water tanks, and solar.

This is a full house with great amenities, like Dometic AC (requires shore power but the van is so well insulated that we’ve only used the Fantastic fan (w/ remote), a large ducted RV propane furnace that heats up in seconds & stays warm all night! There’s a 3 burner stove w/oven, HUGE 12v Furrion fridge/freezer (takes little power!) lg deep sink, tons of storage, including a FULL closet w/ 6 lg drawers & a Queen sized bed! There’s even a dishwasher to make life easier because why not?

The suspension has been replaced front and back, sumo springs were added to the rear for xtra cush, and has the largest rear sway bar you can put on a Transit 350HD for superior driving. Also has Firestone ride rite air bag suspension w/ compressor & individual bag adjustment (left, right) next to driver door wh/ you can change while driving.

When we bought it, the following work had already been done: new transmission, new alternator & new brakes. We upgraded interior, and as you can see from the pics, it's amazing. The original engine had about 260,000mi on it, but it was replaced with an engine that has 11,600 on it, so lots of happy traveling miles still to go! Had a mechanic check it out & he raved about it. Currently odometer reads 266,xxx. and CarFax report is available.

This is a one of a kind RV and gets attention everywhere we go. People have never seen such a sleek vehicle & are shocked how much space there is inside. It’s built like a house & meant to be lived in full time w/ a Lagun table, & cozy couches for hosting fun van evenings. This van lacks nothing, is ready to go wherever you want to take it, and even fits in a normal parking spot when backed in.
