Rustic western cedar charm inside & out. 130 Sq ft down & 90 Sq ft in twin lofts connected with a "loft bridge". 16ft Trailer is 99% complete. (See below about the 1 %) Each loft will hold queen beds & with a queen futon downstairs it can sleep 6. Exterior has natural wood stain with "lifetime warranty" with red accents. 6 Windows upstairs & 6 large plus 2 small windows down. All are vinyl clad white with screens. Enter through the rear of the RedTop into an open "living space" designed for a futon and 2-3 chairs. On the left is a tiny closet to hang clothes with cubbies below. Around the corner is a floor to ceiling open pantry. Across is the 6ft kitchen with a "bar sink & faucet" with room for an under counter fridge. Then rustic hand made cabinets with doors on the wall & below plus 4 deep drawers. The front window sink will hold a microwave. My plan was to use a twin burner electric cooktop.

Opposite the kitchen is the tiny bath with a corrugated metal shower surround is ready for typical home toilet, composting toilet or RV toilet. Plumbing is ready for an "on demand tankless" electric water heater high above the toilet.

A secured wooden ladder attaches to the "loft bridge" for easy access to either loft. There is room for 2 spare tires on the trailer tounge, under the window seat. Original finished price was $28,500 but is discounted to $27,200 for the new owner to choose and install: finished flooring (up &down, the fridge, the toilet & the tank less water heater.
