A perfect spot for a personal writing retreat, additional living space, short-term rental or even an open concept office space that can serve as a perfect home recording studio on wheels for the musician in you…the sky is the limit here.

Kitchen:
10 x6 space under the main loft with 2 windows and full- paned door for gorgeous light/ air flow.
Off this egress, is a stained, hand-milled and built removable 10x5 deck with composite grate inlay for scuffing off boots, ideal for helping keep your home clean.
-Stainless steel sink with extension hose and head, plumbed to a fully functional ecotank hot water heater for both sink and outdoor shower use
-Full sized Euro fridge (Came from my friend when she lived in Germany) professionally wired into a secure specified euro outlet with 2 bottom freezer drawers. This fridge saved our garden harvest allowing us a tiny home homestead-style existence.
-EcoTank hot water heater in a simple, accessible undercounter location.
- Beautifully milled, planed and constructed live edge wood counters angled for flow and movement within the space. One folding side matching live-edge counter for additional workspace, also functioning as bar seating with 2 bar stools that slide underneath and fit well within the space.
-Elegant soft lighting provided by 3 eclectic light fixtures with 3 modes.
- Wide-plank wood floors add viscerally to the ambiance of this space.
Living Room:
This space has served as our meeting room, dining room, home music studio, home office, entertainment space, writing hub, creative outlet, bird/ wildlife viewing arena, star/ storm- gazing globe…you name it. Bordered by 2 sleeping lofts above, each with large windows, offer the feeling of being fully emersed in the outdoors while entertaining all aspects of the creative soul in an intimate, warm in the winter/ cool in the summer protected space.

This space is ideal for the seasons of New England, in that the raised floor offers ample storage with lifted floor boards and cube storage for the bulk items you need to store and forget for 4-6 months at a time. Its perfect for winter coats/boots/ gear as well as life vests/ suits/ river gold panning equipment 😊, anything but the boats n boards that are easily stored underneath the building.

- Dimming, recessed overhead lighting is a dream for providing additional ambiance.
- Beautifully reclaimed, hand-picked pieces for ample shelving and built-ins with a dark wood accent wall bracketing the second loft really making this whole space pop with craftsman character.

- 1 fixed angled window along the lower wall, 3 tall crank windows along the tall wall act as a picture window to the outdoors (all open perfectly, one needing replacement or gas refill and resealing, no cracks).

Sleeping Loft #1
- Gorgeous open space, 4 crank-open windows surround your slumber both day and night (As an ER nurse, I work all shifts, and there is so much ventilation and light flow… it’s a dream both day and night). We had a queen mattress and crate side table with plenty of space to move around. Falling asleep under the stars has never been more perfect. Built of solid 4x4 beams and smooth wood flooring, there is no shifting. We have a small child, who easily slept in her own nest in the space below our mattress under her own skyline window.

Loft #2
- Yet another large window fills this space with full light flowing into the entire house.
- Twin mattress sized- second sleeping loft or hang-out/ storage space… the options for use are fully granted to the new owner. We named this the “Nest” as you really gain a birds-eye view… this space offers so many options.
Storage:
The storage in this space is incredible! We opted to utilize the “back-room” behind the main living space, as storage. This space could also be made into a fully functioning bathroom extremely easily, if this is more your style. The entire floor under the living space has compartmentalized storage beneath, such a dream for a 4-season, fully out-door enthusiast, existing under the elements of New England Weather. We also used a pull-out drawer “stair-case” for clothing and daily wares.
