Custom built furnished tiny home

Brand new custom built, furnished 26 foot tiny house on a double axle iron eagle trailer with a metal roof and three layers of premium BEHR paint on the exterior. Traditionally framed with simpson hardware. Environmentally friendly insulated with R13 in the walls and R19 in the ceilings and floors. There is PEX plumbing and an on demand propane water heater. It contains GFI outlets in the bathroom and kitchen.

Upon entering the house you will find a bright and cheery, modern/rustic interior created with vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs, stainless steel appliances and tile in the kitchen, eleven widows, a ten foot ceiling in the living room, and LED lighting throughout the home. The 208 square feet downstairs includes the bathroom, kitchen and living room where there is ample storage in the cedar lined closet and built ins below the loft and entry stairs.

The 3/4 bathroom has a 3' x 4' shower with two seats, mirrored medicine cabinet, sink with storage underneath and a flushing toilet. Outside the reclaimed pocket door is a washer/dryer combo under the epoxy finished butcher block kitchen countertops. The kitchen also has a five burner propane range with a fan and microwave above it, a full size refrigerator, a large sink, generous cupboard space and a breakfast nook.

Grab your blanket and curl up on the full size sofa sleeper in front of the propane fireplace that will efficiently heat the entire home, including the 88 square foot carpeted sleeping loft. The loft is currently furnished with night stands, storage cubbies and a new queen.

This home is not RVIA or NOAH certified. It is built with over 30 years of general contracting experience and I welcome any professional inspections. Pictures of the building process available upon request.
