Parking Location:

I want the home to stay at its current location! The tiny house is currently in an unbelievable tiny house community, called Island Cove, in the heart of Downtown Durango, CO. My home sits on an oversized corner lot so you don’t look into the neighbors’ houses and vice versa! The community sits next to the Animas River with a private/For Residents Only 2-acre park right in the middle of the river. There is a community garden, recently renovated laundry facility, mailbox area, an area for recycling, access to all the miles and miles of walking and biking trials and has a public transit stop at the entrance. Optional:

I would prefer the home to stay at Island Cove. Yet, I am open to it being moved to your desired location. However, I am NOT going to prepare it for the move. The buyer must do this.
