Additional details:
- The home was built by professional builders in Alabama in Spring 2019. It has been transported once (from Alabama to Texas). It has been lived in full time by a single female for the past 2 years (since July 2019). No smoking or children in the home.

- It is built on a 40 ft by 10 ft gooseneck trailer with a 1 ft bump out on the end. It is wider the the typical "road legal" tiny home, which makes it feel MUCH larger on the inside (road legal is 8.5 ft wide). The extra 1.5 ft makes a big difference with the width. For this reason, it is considered a wide load - that only means that it needs to have the wide load sign during transport, a permit is required in each state it is transported through and there may be minor restrictions on the time of day it can be on the road based on the state. The permit for each states is about $30-70 and can be applied for online. It can be transported using a heavy duty truck that is made to transport 5th wheels/gooseneck trailers. Typically, it is easier to hire someone with experience driving large vehicles (someone with a CDL) to move it. There are many people/companies that offer transport. Lastly, due to the above, this type of home is typically transported every few years. Primarily remaining stationary, but offering the benefit of movement if/when that is required.
