Tiny Turquoise Cottage on Wheels, Fully Equipped 22' x 8'

This is a lovely, bright blue turquoise 176 sq. ft Tiny House on Wheels. We have loved it for 6 years and hope someone can enjoy it as much as we have! It features a lofted bed with stairs, second sleeping under the loft, one bathroom with a shower, sink, and a composting toilet. Our family of 2 humans, 1 dog, and 1 cat have enjoyed it thoroughly for over the years.

It has a galley sink in the kitchen with a good amount of shelf storage for pantry items and utensils, as well as space above for appliances, our radio, pots and pans, etc. We are big foodies so the standard size fridge and freezer (with ice maker) was a key feature for us! It also features a convection oven and a conduction stovetop. The previous owners built it hoping that they could use it as an AirBnB rental but their city zoning made that dream challenging. Luckily, for the both of us, we found it online (at this site!) when we relocated from Colorado and purchased it after being given a virtual tour. We were then immediately picked up by HGTV and featured on their show, Tiny House Hunters (season 3, episode 11).

It is currently located on a farm property in Kansas City, Missouri but has previously lived on the Lake of the Ozarks (same owner), and was built in Nashville, TN. We're open to questions or inquiries and will be updating with lots of great photos. The tables and chairs in the photos are different now to allow us more space for the pets and a dresser for our clothes. We have painted the front door (with windows now too!) and loft floor orange and changed out the track lighting for a light with a regular sized ceiling fan as well (bonus!).

We have also upgraded our heating and cooling systems. We now have a hanging HeatStorm wall heater and a 1 year old window AC/fan unit. We also upgraded to a 400 ft heated electric water hose and heat taped the pipes that lead from the hose into the house to prevent freezing in the Missouri winter.
