This Custom Cutie sits on a 7’ x 20’ trailer and is approximately 140Sq. ft. A gable roof is enhanced by dormers in the loft for extra storage and head room. The dormers also add more light and ventilation with windows on both sides of the house. The house has 13 windows total, including the two skylights, so plenty of natural light that brings the outdoors in.

This little home can be easily transported, with no special permitting necessary to wherever suits your needs. It meets the maximum height and width requirements when towed throughout the continuous United States.

Details
Upon opening the door, you are lifted into a bright and cozy home with high ceilings and custom milled Georgia pine walls. This homey feeling is accentuated by the wood burning fireplace against a custom stone mantle.
Matte black and wooden wall storage accents the rustic feel and gives the perfect place to display cookware, utensils, cups and much more.

Accommodations
The living and sleeping area include a custom, built in couch with a flip top for extra storage, there is a 15” Viso TV in the sleeping loft, a custom made book shelf which doubles as steps to the sleeping loft, under-window flip up table that seats up to 4, custom milled cherry wood floors throughout, and a cozy wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen
The kitchen includes custom built cabinetry, one of a kind sea glass mosaic back splash that surrounds kitchen, Haier 9.8 cubic ft. refrigerator with separate freezer, extra large single basin sink, pull out trash bins, storage shelves, four burner propane cooktop, tiny microwave, and an electric toaster oven for your baking needs.

Bathroom
The well lit bathroom features a corrugated aluminum shower with a spacious 32”x32” standup shower and a composting toilet (aka bucket). There are little storage cubbies for your towels and toiletries.

Exterior
Cedar siding, two small storage areas above the hitch and a small awning to keep the rain off the little front porch.
