Tiny Texas Farmhouse

Tiny Texas Farmhouse with lots of charm and storage. This tiny house has a large loft with room for a queen size bed while still having space to move around. There is an extra storage loft as well. There is a full size tiled shower and a composting toilet in the bathroom. The kitchen has a full size deep sink, full size oven (propane), pantry, and a refrigerator. The kitchen also has great storage capacity. The living room has a large sofa with tons of storage underneath. There is also a storage cabinet with plenty of space for any need. The closet has connections for a washer and dryer, or has plenty of space to use for clothing.

It has an on demand water heater (propane) and covered storage area for propane tanks. Power is supplied to the house via a 30 amp male RV plug. Attached underneath there are four large leveling jacks. This is a great home and we are willing to negotiate an offer.
