Built at the end of 2017. The deck and pergola was added in 2022. Measures 3m wide by 7m long, adding to the living space once the wooden French doors are open. Comes with 3/4 covered in by clear cafe blinds. Deck comes apart in two sections. Otherwise it is bolted to the frame which provides weather proof protection and adds extra stability to the build.
Internal boasts of reclaimed messmate floor downstairs and bamboo lining the loft floors. All wood interior and cedar exterior. Well insulated and double glazed wood frame windows all round. French doors not double glazed. Brass fittings throughout. Thoughtful storage placement. Blinds for all windows except kitchen and bathroom however designed that way. Trap door for security at the second loft entrance, accessed by custom black powder coated metal ladder. External bunker light above entrance and LED lights at the end of the bump outs. Decorative corbels available for fitting at the end of the external bump outs for enhancing appeal (never installed).
