One of a kind, Artisan Crafted Tiny Cabin on wheels. Not made from a cookie cutter template but from imagination and expertise carpentry in Tiny home building.

Surprisingly spacious for 191 total sq ft. 18ft long by 9ft wide. Tall ceilings. Bedroom loft. Custom built in storage and shelving. Push-out extension with window gives even more space in the living area.

This project is unfinished and ready to be passed on to the next owner to take this creative treasure all the way!

- Off Grid Capacity: Installed on the roof are two 200w, 12 volt solar panels. Two 12volt deep cycle batteries and basic inverter included which can be easily upgraded.

WATER:
- Plumbing has been started but not finished. Plumbing to kitchen sink will have to be installed underneath the cabin. the rest is easily contained in the utility closet.
- We are including , shower stem, handle and valve to complete shower hookup.
- We suggest hiring a plumber to finish the job depending on how you want to run water through your Tiny.
- You will need to install a hot water heater. You can choose gas or electric. The water heater can live in the utility closet.


TRANSPORTATION:
Built on a Double Axel Trailer, 8x18 with train harness.
Can be hauled by your truck or moved by a professional moving company.

Priced to Sell! Everything you see in the video; cushions, furniture, is included.

Moving and transportation of the unit after sale is buyers responsibility. There are many moving companies that can move it for you if you are not confident moving yourself.

Also some upgrades to the trailer must be made to the trailer if you intend to transport a long distance which we are willing to complete once a down payment has been made including new tires and ball hitch connector.

Minimal break down of the push out section is also required before moving. We will assist in this process and train those who will be setting it back up in its new location. It will require a few people to maneuver in as well as back out into place . Overall the process is quite simple and straight forward.
